Ashley has two decades of experience transacting operational and long-income real estate, having worked at Gerald Eve, BNP Paribas and a specialist advisory firm before founding Block Real Estate. He has completed over £2.5 billion in transactions and advised on more than 15,000 beds across the UK. His clients span institutionalinvestors, REITs, developers and occupiers, many of whom remain long-standing relationships. Ashley brings deep market insight, commercial focus and a strongrecord in structuring complex deals. A graduate in Land Management (RealEstate) from Reading University, he is a chartered surveyor and accredited member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
George has over a decade of experience advising developers, investors and operators across the Living sector, with a particular focus on PBSA, Build-to-Rent and Co-Living. He joined Block Real Estate after co-leading Colliers Living team, having begun his career at Strutt & Parker and BNP Paribas Real Estate. George has advised on more than £1 billion of transactions and over 5,000 beds, building a strong reputation for delivering high-value, complex deals. His client base includes institutions, private equity and developers. George holds a degree from Newcastle University and an MSc in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes, and is an accredited member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Lee has more than 20 years’ experience in residential and alternative real estate, with expertise spanning consultancy, agency, management and research. Prior to Block Real Estate, he led Colliers operational real estate research & consultancy, and previously held a similar role at Cushman & Wakefield, covering sectors from life sciences to healthcare. He has advised leading investors and operators, including British Land, Grainger, Berkeley and Patrizia, on projects ranging from regeneration schemes to operational assets shaped by demographic change.Regularly quoted in the press and active at industry events, Lee also contributes to sector debates as a member of the Society of Property Researchers.
Suzy is an experienced PR and communications consultant specialising in commercial property. Suzy supports clients in identifying key stakeholders, crafting impactful messages, and managing targeted media campaigns to build trust and shape sentiment towards planning applications early in the process, laying the groundwork for successful planning outcomes and public reception.
