Block Real Estate advises new entrant on Portsmouth PBSA acquisition

Block Real Estate has advised a European Fund on their first PBSA acquisition in the UK. They acquired a 328 bed PBSA scheme let to Unite in Portsmouth, located next to campus off affordable rents and below replacement value.
