Block Real Estate has advised a European SCPI Investor on the acquisition of a Premier Inn hotel in Bournemouth. The 168 bed hotel is located to the western side of the City Centre and is let for another 12.5 years with 5 yearly reviews to CPI, the next being September 2028. The acquisition was below replacement value for the asset and in time for the local football gaining European football for the first time, a new demand driver!
