Block Real Estate have advised a family office on the sale of a City Centre hotel and ground floor bars to a new European Investor to the sector.
The 152 bedroom hotel is let to Premier Inn with bars let to Slug & Lettuce and Greene King on the ground floor with a WAULT of 10 years.
Block were able to source the buyer and achieve above valuation selling it for c.£14m.
