Block Real Estate has advised a UK Pension Fund on the acquisition of a modern PBSA scheme in Guildford located next to the University of Surrey campus. The 2023 build, 99 bed scheme was fully let with a strong occupational track record.

Block Real Estate were able to unlock a significant social impact on the scheme, allowing for under privileged and estranged students to benefit from prime PBSA accommodation at reduced rents managed through links with the University of Surrey.
